FAQ

Top questions from teams using Workweaver today.

How do I connect an AI agent to my lead flow?

Open Skills from the left navigation, choose a template, and connect your lead destination. Then open Work to review the active mission and publish path.

How quickly does Workweaver detect incoming calls?

New calls are routed as soon as inbound routes and skills are active. In most setups, this is real-time with only a few seconds of propagation after publishing.

Where are conversation transcripts and events stored?

Calls and inbox events are available from your workspace context and notification feed. You can view historical activity in the settings and integrations sections of the dashboard.

How do I route a support request to a teammate?

Use your escalation and routing controls in the active workflow, then send the issue through Inbox or a real support ticket so it stays visible to the team.

Can I test my AI flow before going live?

Yes. Use Sandbox & Testing for dry runs and the developer/runtime tools before publishing workflow changes.

How do I compose a custom outcome loop?

Go to Flows. Start from a template, then edit the trigger, branch, and action graph to compose the outcome you need (follow-up, escalation, task handoff, and more). Saved workflows are outcomes-first compositions and run through mission control with normal proof and evidence tracking.

How are custom connectors and coding integrations handled?

Standard connectors are set up through the Integrations page. Coding tasks run through the GitHub integration and save results as mission artifacts. Your external coding subscriptions and GitHub credentials stay within your organization's account.
