Purchase mass mail

This module adds a contextual action in the purchase order views, named “Send email to selected purchases” . It will open a wizard with the default template and you can send this email to all purchase orders selected.

Usage

To use this module, you need to:

Go to Purchases view list
select some purchase orders with the left checkbox
click on the action named “Send email to selected purchases”
review the email template and send it to all purchase orders selected
The purchase orders will be updated automatically, changing the status to sent
In each purchase order you will see a copy of the email sent in the chatter
