doppler_shift — DRIVE decide op

• Data kinds: any → any

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.doppler_shift(f, v_source_radial, c: 'float' = 343.0) (to call the implementation directly, import drivedecide; drivedecide.doppler_shift(f, v_source_radial, c: 'float' = 343.0); from the registry, opsdrive.get("doppler_shift"))

Usage

> This operator's description has not been translated yet. The original text follows as it is.

f_obs = f · c / (c − v_r)
