gpconf is a name of NEOGY LLC. Forks are welcome under a different name.

Scope note. The Apache-2.0 licence in the LICENSE file covers the corpus's code,
documentation, specification vectors, derived files and expected values. It
does not cover, and the repository does not contain, raw data served by
CelesTrak or any other provider; tools/fetch.py, which is `gpconf fetch` in the
installed package, retrieves such data to your machine under the provider's own
terms (https://celestrak.org/usage-policy.php). One response from CelesTrak is
in the repository, and the licence does not cover it either: the 16-byte text
"No GP data found" in recorded/, which CelesTrak returns with HTTP 404 to a TLE
request for an object numbered above 99999. It holds no orbital data and is
reproduced as recorded, with the provenance of each capture beside it
(DECISIONS.md, D-247). The XML schemas under schemas/
are CCSDS/SANA publications redistributed unmodified; see schemas/SOURCE.md.
