Common questions

How do free scans count?

Per device fingerprint (CLI client_id + IP, daily-salted hash). 2 scans, ever — this is anti-abuse, not a paywall. Sign up to bring your free count with you to a real account.

What happens if I run out?

The CLI returns 402 Payment Required and prints the signup URL. Buy 10 scans for $5; rerun your scan immediately.

Do reports expire?

Free-tier reports auto-delete after 30 days. Paid-tier reports stay indefinitely.

Can I share a report URL?

Yes — the URL is the auth. Share carefully. Reports have noindex so they won't be picked up by search engines.

Refunds?

If a report is genuinely useless, email us — we'll refund the scan credit (not the dollar). Scan credits don't expire so we'd rather you save them for the next scrape.
