Public Registration Settings

Control whether new users can create accounts themselves. When disabled, only administrators can create user accounts manually. When enabled, anyone can register via the login page.

Recommended:
  • Keep disabled for private/internal deployments
  • Configure email before enabling (for password reset)
  • Set appropriate default permission level
Admin User Creation:
  • Admins can always create users manually
  • Use the "Add User" button in the Users tab
  • Assign specific levels and permissions
