NexGen has also secured a strategic partnership with GlobalTech, providing them a significant distribution advantage in key markets such as the Midwest and Southeast. This development is particularly concerning, as NexGen's market penetration in these areas could diminish Meridian's market share, especially among cost-sensitive consumers.

I recommend we conduct a thorough SWOT analysis, focusing on the following key areas:
