Mobile app — pair the C3 companion app

Scan a QR code from the C3 mobile companion to pair it with this Oracle. The code carries the server URL and the Discovery API token above — treat it like a password, and note that rotating the token un-pairs every client that uses it.

Defaults to this page's origin — replace it with the Tailscale/LAN address the phone can reach. Remote access needs bind_host and allowed_hosts set in ~/.c3/oracle/config.json.
