2.3 Python packages
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Installing the iCode wheel installs these packages from their own
distributions; the standalone executables bundle them. Each package ships its
full license text in its *.dist-info directory.

Several packages contain further third-party code, mostly libraries that
their compiled extensions link statically. Pillow ships the notices of the
libraries it links in its *.dist-info directory (aom, Brotli, bzip2, dav1d,
FreeType, HarfBuzz, Little CMS, libavif, libjpeg-turbo, XZ Utils, libpng,
