This product was created and is authored by Fco. Osvaldo Morales Vilchis. It is
published as an OPEN-CORE reference implementation + OPEN STANDARD.

Open (Apache-2.0): the schema, the admissibility calculus, the reference gate, the
CLI, the tests, and the benchmark corpus. Use, modify, and redistribute freely.

Reserved (NOT granted by the Apache license — see LICENSE §6 Trademarks): the
"CAPAS" name and marks, and any official CAPAS certification, conformance claim, or
official benchmark. You may state that software is "built with CAPAS" or
"CAPAS-schema-compatible" where true; you may NOT present a fork or service as
"CAPAS", "CAPAS-certified", or "official CAPAS" without written permission. This is
how an open standard stays trustworthy: anyone can run the code; only verified
artifacts may carry the mark. See GOVERNANCE.md for the binding governance charter.

CAPAS does not determine truth. It evaluates whether supplied evidence licenses a
specific claim under a declared admissibility contract. It is research software and
does not replace expert, legal, medical, scientific, or regulatory review.
