Happy new iPad owner

It was time to replace an older iPad that is used for simple stuff like games and internet access on something other than a phone, and has a larger viewing area. Great storage capability and speed. Purchased an older iPad but it is still more than sufficient for what we need, and the price was acceptable. Apple makes it incredibly easy to migrate data from one product to another, and linking everything in the process. Always very happy with their products. Target had it available for same day pickup and purchasing online was a breeze.

Not thrilled with battery life

Brand new iPad has worse battery life than my 6th Gen. I mainly play games, not high quality graphics games either. Scrabble Go, Triple Match Cuty, and Goods Puzzle Sort Challenge are my top 3 games played regularly. Occasionally check Facebook. Occasional Google searches. I have battery app refresh turned off, have dimmed brightness, and am pretty good about closing apps when done. Something isn't right.

This IPad has been a problem from day one. It was bought the end of November for a Christmas present. It has stopped responding to anything 4 times. I took it to the Apple Store and they said it’s fine. This has happened 3 times since that visit. I live 90 minutes from the closest store. VERY disappointed with the product and service.
