Remote Work Policy

Eligible employees may work remotely up to three days per week with manager
approval. Remote work arrangements must be documented through the HR portal
and reviewed quarterly. Employees must maintain a dedicated workspace with
reliable internet connectivity meeting minimum bandwidth requirements of
25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

Equipment provisions include a company-issued laptop, external monitor, and
ergonomic keyboard. Employees are responsible for maintaining a safe and
secure home office environment. All company security policies apply to remote
work locations, including VPN usage for accessing internal systems and
encrypted storage for company data.

Remote workers must be available during core business hours of 10:00 AM to
3:00 PM in their local time zone. Schedule flexibility outside core hours
is permitted with team coordination. Managers may require on-site presence
for team meetings, client presentations, or collaborative work sessions
with reasonable advance notice of at least 48 hours.

Remote work eligibility requires completion of a 90-day onboarding period
for new employees. Certain roles in facilities management, physical security,
and laboratory operations are excluded from remote work arrangements due to
on-site requirements. International remote work requires additional approval
from Legal and Compliance due to tax and employment law considerations.
