Agentic Journal plugin page (server-rendered leaf).

Extends the SDK app shell and fills only `scitex_app_content` — the
leaf owns no layout. No `{% url %}` tags and no absolute paths: hub
mounts this urlconf under its own namespace/prefix
(`journal-leaf`), so every link here would be wrong. Machine clients
use the JSON endpoints (`archive/`, `submissions/<id>/`, …); this
page is the human-readable mirror of the same `_leaf` payloads.

One shared SDK header row (scholar pattern): the `stx-app-header`
title span plus the SDK project-picker slot — no leaf-local h1, no
JS header mount, no custom header. Scope comes from the manifest
(`project`); the view resolves the current project via the mounted
host provider (standalone: local projects folder). (NOTE: this must
be a {% comment %} block, not {# #}: Django only strips single-line
{# #} comments, so a multi-line {# #} would leak raw into the page.)
