Third-party attributions for bezoar builtin rule packs

Patterns were rewritten as Python ``re`` expressions, ReDoS-linted, and are not
a verbatim copy of the gitleaks configuration. Vendor token prefixes (AWS AKIA,
GitHub ``ghp_``, Slack ``xox``, Anthropic ``sk-ant-``, OpenAI ``sk-``, Google
``AIza`` / ``ya29.``, Azure storage, JWT ``eyJ``, PEM private-key banners, and
generic assignment+entropy shapes) are industry-standard public identifiers.

No third-party source code is bundled. This NOTICE satisfies attribution for
adapted pattern knowledge only.
