1. Grant of use.
   You are granted a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and
   use Ticketly ("the Software") for your own personal or internal business
   purposes, at no charge.

2. Restrictions.
   You may NOT, without the prior written permission of the copyright holder:
   (a) copy, reproduce, or republish the Software or its source code, except for
       the local copy created by normal installation and use;
   (b) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software;
   (c) distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, resell, or otherwise make the
       Software available to any third party; or
   (d) remove or alter any copyright, license, or attribution notices.

3. Ownership.
   The Software is licensed, not sold. All title, ownership, and intellectual
   property rights in and to the Software remain with the copyright holder.

4. Termination.
   This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. On
   termination you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software.

   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
   AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER
   LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM,
