 S293 -- HUBBLE TENSION RESOLVED AS GEOMETRIC SPLITTING
========================================================================

 Locked primitives:
   K_Mex    = 25/12  = 2.083333
   D_phys   = 4
   ratio    = K_Mex - 1  =  13/12  =  1.083333

 Geometric reading:
   13 = D_phys*(D_phys-1) + 1 = 13
   12 = D_phys*(D_phys-1)     = 12
   ratio = (D_phys*(D_phys-1)+1) / (D_phys*(D_phys-1)) = 13/12

 S289 anchor:  H_0,UQFF = 69.93 km/s/Mpc

------------------------------------------------------------------------
 Early-universe Hubble (Planck 2018 CMB sound horizon)
------------------------------------------------------------------------
   prediction   =  H_0,UQFF / sqrt(13/12)  =  69.93/1.040833
                =  67.187 km/s/Mpc
   observed     =  67.40 +/- 0.50
   residual     =  -0.317%   (-0.427 sigma)

------------------------------------------------------------------------
 Late-universe Hubble (SH0ES Cepheid+TRGB ladder)
------------------------------------------------------------------------
   prediction   =  H_0,UQFF * sqrt(13/12)  =  69.93*1.040833
                =  72.785 km/s/Mpc
   observed     =  73.04 +/- 1.04

 The headline ratio
------------------------------------------------------------------------
   H_late/H_early predicted (UQFF)  =  K_Mex - 1  =  13/12  =  1.083333
   H_late/H_early observed          =  73.04/67.40       =  1.083680
   residual                          =  -0.032%

------------------------------------------------------------------------
 Implication for 'tension'
------------------------------------------------------------------------
   Naive tension (5+sigma): 4.89 sigma -- IF both probes
                            measure the SAME H_0. They do NOT.

   UQFF reading: early probe measures H_0,UQFF * (12/13)^(1/2),
                 late  probe measures H_0,UQFF * (13/12)^(1/2),
                 of a single underlying H_0,UQFF = 69.93.
   Both predictions land within 0.5% of measurement.
   Residual 'tension' = 0 sigma.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
 Falsifiable predictions for next-generation probes
------------------------------------------------------------------------

 1. JWST + Webb-Roman cross-calibration of TRGB & Cepheid distances
    will converge on H_late = 72.79 +/- (theory-irreducible)
    km/s/Mpc. It will NOT drift toward 67.

 2. CMB-S4 + LiteBIRD refinement of acoustic-scale H_0 (early probe)
    will converge on H_early = 67.19 km/s/Mpc. It will NOT
    drift toward 73.

 3. Time-delay cosmography (TDCOSMO/H0LiCOW), gravitational-wave
    standard sirens (LIGO-Virgo + LISA), and Tip-of-Red-Giant-Branch
    methods will cluster around H_0,UQFF = 69.93 km/s/Mpc.

 4. Any individual probe systematically deviating from K_Mex-1 split
    indicates an UNCORRECTED systematic, NOT new physics.

 S293 COMPLETE.
 Hubble tension is the K_Mex - 1 = 13/12 GEOMETRIC SPLITTING of a single
 underlying H_0,UQFF = 69.93 km/s/Mpc.
 Both endpoints predicted to <0.5%. No new physics required.
