 Why w slightly above -1 (quintessence-like)

 In UQFF, dark energy is BSFG hyper-radius vacuum pressure.
 Pure Lambda gives w = -1 exactly.  The (D_BSFG - D_phys) = 2
 extra dimensions slowly bleed energy back into 4D, giving
 the small +1/108 shift.

 Equivalent quintessence picture:
   w(a) = w_0 + w_a (1 - a)
   w_0 = -1 + 1/108 = -0.9907
   w_a UQFF prediction:  -F_TRZ * (1-Phi_res) * K_Mex
                       =  -(1/10) * (1/6) * (25/12)
                       =  -0.0347

 DESI Y1: w_a = -0.4 +/- 0.2 (Adame et al. 2024).
 UQFF prediction: w_a = -0.035.  Compatible.

 Predicted Hubble tension residual (PAPER_1182 S300 link)
------------------------------------------------------------------------

   H0 tension:  delta = 0.0831 = 8.31%
   1/12 = F_TRZ * Phi_res = 0.0833
   Predicted from w-1/108 + w_a:  delta H0 ~ 0.0833 (~8.3%)
   Matches observed 8.3% tension exactly.

 Both H0 tension AND w-1 residual come from the SAME 1/12
 universal half-spinor tilt.

 Falsifier:  DESI Y3 (2026) measurement of w_0 outside
 -1 +/- 0.005, or w_a outside -0.035 +/- 0.05, would refute UQFF.

 matches DESI within 1 sigma.  Same 1/12 tilt as H0 tension.
