The image upload control.

Identical markup to the file control — the difference between them is one flag in the
context, ``widget.is_image``, which is what tells upload.js a preview is worth drawing.
This file exists as its own template anyway, and not as an alias in Python, because it
is the override seam: a project that wants a different control for images and the
standard one for documents overrides this template and nothing else.
