Shipping policy
All orders are processed within one business day. Shipments to remote areas may take up to two additional days. If an item is backordered, we will ship the available items first and notify you about the expected date for the remaining ones. Partial shipments never incur additional shipping charges.
Signature confirmation is required for orders above $500. If nobody is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery on the next business day. After three unsuccessful attempts the package is returned to our warehouse and the order is refunded minus the original shipping cost.
Returns
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Printers must include all accessories and the original power supply. Consumables such as labels and ribbons are returnable only if the seal is intact. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days after we receive the return.
Defective items are replaced free of charge during the warranty period. Contact support with your order number and a short description of the issue; our team usually responds within four business hours.
Privacy
We use your contact details only to process this order and to send service notifications. We never sell personal information. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time from the account settings page.
