THIRD-PARTY CODE IN THIS DISTRIBUTION: NONE.

This file exists to answer a question rather than to make a claim, because the
answer is easy to get wrong from the outside.

`senbonzakura-check` is one of two distributions built from the Senbonzakura
repository. The other one, `senbonzakura`, contains a keyword-marker list and a
normalisation function copied verbatim from Heretic
(https://github.com/p-e-w/heretic, AGPL-3.0-or-later), and it carries the
section 5(a) statement of modification those files require, in its own
THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md.

This distribution contains neither of them. It names `heretic-keyword` as one of
the declared estimators of the `refusal_rate` metric, so that a figure produced
by that instrument can be read back and identified. That is a reference to a
measurement, not a copy of the code that takes it.

So no statement of modification is reproduced here, and the absence is
deliberate: repeating a notice that describes files this package does not ship
would tell a reader something untrue about what they installed.

The project's full third-party notices, covering Heretic, llama.cpp and ggml,
the bundled corpora and the bundled evaluation track, are at:

  https://github.com/elementmerc/senbonzakura/blob/main/THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md

If this distribution ever gains third-party code, this file is wrong and the
notice belongs here. `tests/test_second_distribution.py` asserts the import
graph that keeps it true.
