Recordings: WAV imports out of the box; mp3 / m4a / ogg / flac need
ffmpeg installed. The whole recording gets one speaker label.
Transcripts: vtt / srt / txt. Speaker names are read from the file
when it carries them; timestamps are real for vtt / srt and approximate for plain
text. Either way the source file isn't kept — only the meeting record.
