Amber
=====

Amber is distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3 (see LICENSE).

Amber's interpreter core is derived from a k array-language interpreter released
under the GNU AGPLv3 by its original author (ngn). That upstream copyright is
retained here solely as the AGPLv3 requires; this NOTICE is the single place it
is recorded. Amber is an independent language and is not affiliated with, nor a
distribution of, that project.

All Amber-specific work -- the q vocabulary, the C-level column attributes,
the ([]...) table-literal syntax, the temporal/tick functions, the REPL, tooling
and documentation -- is (c) 2026 the Amber authors, under the GNU AGPLv3.

src/csv.c's csv_el and its table of 128-bit powers of five (csv_p5) follow
compute_float and the table generator of the fast_float library
(https://github.com/fastfloat/fast_float), and csv_8 and csv_span follow its
eight-digit parse and its w / w+1 check. fast_float is available under the Apache
License 2.0, the MIT License or the Boost Software License 1.0; these parts are
used here under the MIT License:
