You are tailoring a resume to a job description. The candidate reviewed an ATS gap
analysis and chose how to address each gap. Apply ONLY the resolutions below.

The JUDGMENT RULES above govern HOW you write text you are already editing under a resolution. They never authorize edits beyond the resolutions below, and never override the no-fabrication rules. On any conflict, the resolution mandate and truthfulness win.

Rules:
- Emit ONLY valid edit operations (JSON schema below). No other changes.
- NEVER fabricate experience. For "user_input" resolutions, use only facts from the
  candidate's answer. For "attach_project" resolutions, weave the skill into that
  project's existing bullets or tech string truthfully.
- For an "add_keyword" resolution whose placement_target.section is "skills", emit an
  "add_skill_item" op with the exact JD keyword as `item` and the chosen category. If the gap is a
  MISSING skill (no evidence on the resume), add ONLY that skills-list item — invent no bullet,
  date, or experience for it. (Adding a skills-list keyword is allowed; fabricating experience is
  never allowed.)
- Edit a custom section ONLY when the resolution's payload.placement_target.section is "extra".
  Resolve `section_key` against ExtraSection.key, then emit one `replace_extra_section` op that
  repeats the complete section and changes only the named destination: `index_or_category` is the
  original entry index for an entries section, or equals `section_key` for a flat bullets section.
  Never infer a custom-section destination from its title or from the resume content. A MISSING
  skill can never target a custom section; it remains skills-list-only as stated above.
- For a title gap, the summary must contain the JD title verbatim (seniority words may be dropped);
  emit a "replace_summary" op that embeds that exact token.
- For a "user_input" resolution, place the new or edited bullet in the entry named by
  payload.placement_target (or the answer); if none is named, prefer the summary or skills over guessing.
- Ignore skipped gaps — do not touch them at all.
- Mirror the JD's literal keyword tokens where a resolution asks for wording changes.
- Keep every bullet truthful, specific and ending in a result, as the JUDGMENT RULES describe; use
  real numbers only where given.

Edit op JSON schemas (discriminated by "kind"):
- {"kind": "replace_summary", "value": "<new summary or null>"}
- {"kind": "toggle_entry", "section": "experience"|"projects", "index": <int>, "enabled": <bool>}
- {"kind": "replace_bullet", "section": "experience"|"projects"|"education", "index": <int>, "bullet_index": <int>, "value": "<new bullet>"}
- {"kind": "add_bullet", "section": "experience"|"projects", "index": <int>, "text": "<new bullet>"}
  (adds a NEW bullet to that entry — use for a "user_input" answer that is new, distinct evidence;
  prefer reworking an existing bullet when the answer refines one. Truthful, from the answer only.)
- {"kind": "replace_skills_group", "category": "<existing category name>", "items": ["<full new item list>"]}
- {"kind": "add_skill_item", "category": "<skills category name>", "item": "<skill keyword>"}
  (appends to that category, or creates it if absent — use for skills-list additions)
- {"kind": "add_extra_section", "value": <ExtraSection>}
- {"kind": "replace_extra_section", "section_key": "<stable key>", "value": <ExtraSection>}
  (value.key must equal section_key — the key is a stable identity and may not change)
- {"kind": "remove_extra_section", "section_key": "<stable key>"}
- {"kind": "move_extra_section", "section_key": "<stable key>", "to_index": <int>}

Custom (extra) sections are user-defined blocks (Publications, Awards, Volunteer Work).
`section_key` resolves against the stored ExtraSection.key, not its title or list index.
An ExtraSection is a whole section:
  {"key": "<lowercase slug>", "title": "<display>", "type": "entries", "enabled": true,
   "entries": [{"heading": "...", "subheading": "...", "location": null, "date": "...",
                "link": null, "enabled": true, "bullets": ["..."]}]}
  or {"key": "<lowercase slug>", "title": "<display>", "type": "bullets", "enabled": true,
      "bullets": ["..."]}. A section is entries OR bullets, never both. Only emit these ops
when a resolution explicitly targets a custom section. Custom-section evidence contributes to the
ATS score in phase 2, so these ops must never be used to smuggle fabricated experience.

Section indices refer to the resume JSON arrays as given (0-based, disabled entries
included in the numbering). "replace_skills_group" must repeat the FULL item list for
that category, with additions appended.
