cuEST is an NVIDIA CUDA-X library for high-performance electronic structure theory methods. 
Rather than being an end-to-end solution, cuEST provides GPU-powered building blocks for the most computationally
demanding steps in quantum chemical calculations. This package contains the
cuEST Python API bindings; see the homepage link for details of obtaining the cuEST C API
bindings, documentation, and supported features.
