Index data

Open cumindex_edr.parquet / _cdr / _rdr from lunar build-db (~/.local/share/lunar_toolkit); read in place, nothing is uploaded. lunar serve loads them automatically; ?edr=URL&cdr=URL&rdr=URL reads hosted copies (CORS + Range required).

Select a product with a browse image (LROC NAC / WAC pyramid, ShadowCam COG, Kaguya JPEG), open a local GeoTIFF, or start lunar serve --images DIR.

Release Volume index only

Build downloads the cumulative CUMINDEX.TAB (EDR about 3.8 GB) and writes the Parquet with DuckDB; "Volume index only" uses one release's INDEX.TAB (about 20 k rows). Update appends the volumes released since the build. Same as lunar build-db.
