Inspect variants: Click a table row to select that variant; when alignment data is embedded, the IGV viewer moves to that position.
Explore the table: Sort columns, filter with header search, and export the table as CSV or XLSX.
IGV tracks: When an alignment and reference are provided, the report embeds the selected VCF, reference FASTA/index, and a CRAM/index cropped to the variant windows so the viewer works client-side with less alignment data.
Read cropping: Embedded alignments are hard-cropped to the report windows; reads crossing separate windows may appear as separate cropped segments.
Panel shortcuts: Press C to show or hide the chart, I to show or hide IGV when available, and D to show or hide the variant table.
