@cc [owner:Yassimba] editor.explicit-interaction-grant
Applies only to `EditorSession.from_runtime` in `session.py`.

Background editor operations cannot start interactive authentication. Explicit user-triggered execution
can use interactive authentication only when its host grants permission for that operation. Without a
grant, return an actionable refusal and keep static authoring available without credentials.

@cc [owner:Yassimba,test:test_a_half_written_template_offers_the_names_it_finds_and_raises_nothing] editor.template-help-total
Applies only to `template_completions` and `template_hover` in `template.py`.

For each text of a Check Type file, valid or not, the function returns an answer and does not raise.

@cc [owner:Yassimba,test:test_sql_template_at_folder_capture_seam_ignores_unrelated_scripts] editor.sql-outside-check-types-is-silent
A `.sql` file that is not in a Check Type folder gets no diagnostics, no completion, and no hover.

@cc [owner:Yassimba,test:test_body_binding_decision_table_at_template_handler_seam_needs_an_open_jinja_tag] editor.sql-bindings-only-in-jinja-tags
Applies only to `_body_bindings` in `template.py`.

In a SQL Check Template, body bindings and argument names are available only at an offset inside an
open `{{` or `{%` tag of the body. The front matter, the SQL text outside a tag, and a comment have
neither. Completion and hover both read this one rule.
