Record a session automatically for each daemon run
the newest N sessions never expire by age, so a quiet fortnight cannot cost you your only recorded run (0 = age only)
without automatic sessions the floor above only protects runs you named by hand, which is nothing at all in normal use
a size cap trims the OLDEST lines once the capture exceeds it; leave it at 0 unless you need a hard disk bound
