Topological Parameter Scan

This 3D surface shows the total deviation from experiment as a function of the topological parameters (b2, b3). The z-axis is the RMS sigma deviation across all certificate predictions.

TCS #187 values: b2=4, b3=24 (marked with star)

A clear minimum at (4, 24) demonstrates that PM's predictions arise from a unique topological fixed point - not arbitrary parameter tuning.

• theta_12: Solar neutrino mixing angle (33.41 deg)
• theta_23: Atmospheric neutrino mixing angle (49.3 deg)
• delta_CP: CP-violating phase (278 deg)
