Queue Job Silence Runjob Logs
===============================
On a busy instance processing hundreds of jobs per minute, the server log is drowned by three
lines written for every single job as it passes through the jobrunner:

* ``odoo.addons.queue_job.jobrunner.runner: asking Odoo to run job <uuid> on db <database>`` (INFO)
* the HTTP access line for ``GET /queue_job/runjob?db=...&job_uuid=...`` returning 2xx (INFO, logger
  ``werkzeug``)
* ``odoo.addons.queue_job.jobrunner.channels: job <uuid> marked done/pending/running in channel ...``
  (DEBUG, one line per state change of every job)

This module filters out only these three exact lines, applied directly on the loggers (before any
handler). Everything else keeps logging normally: other HTTP access, a ``/queue_job/runjob`` call
that does *not* return 2xx, ``job <uuid> marked failed in channel ...``, other channel DEBUG
messages, and anything the jobrunner logs at WARNING or above.
