Corresponding source
--------------------
The binaries here are unmodified copies from the official release archive.
The corresponding source code for this exact version is the source archive
published in the same release:
  https://github.com/LibreDWG/libredwg/releases/tag/0.14.8625
  (libredwg-0.14.8625.tar.gz / libredwg-0.14.8625.tar.xz)

Licensing boundary
------------------
The binaries are distributed as an independent program aggregated with
atlisp-dwg-kb, which is licensed under MIT. The GPL-3.0-or-later applies to
LibreDWG (the binaries above), not to atlisp-dwg-kb's own source code.

Why bundled
-----------
DWG extraction (`atlisp-dwg-kb extract`) requires `dwg2dxf`. Windows has no
package manager that provides libredwg out of the box (no official installer,
MSYS2/conda only), so the win64 build ships inside the wheel and is used only
on Windows — see `_find_dwg2dxf()` in `extract.py`. On Linux/macOS the bundled
.exe is ignored and the system-provided `dwg2dxf` is used (e.g.
`apt install libredwg-tools`).

To update the bundled copy: download the newer `libredwg-*-win64.zip`, replace
`dwg2dxf.exe`, `libredwg-0.dll`, `libiconv-2.dll` and `libredwg-README.txt`,
and update the version/origin above.
