Agents' leaf header — THE one app header: the shared AppHeader primitive
(data-stx-app-header mount), like every other leaf. The leaf owns only
identity values (short tile label "Agent Container", live leaf
version) and the picker include; the SDK owns the chrome, so the row
cannot drift from sibling apps. Fleet scope maps to the picker's user
scope (all projects), so the slot is populated, not empty.

Below the row, the PAGE chrome (not the app row): back link and page title
as <h1>. (A lede paragraph used to render below; dropped per operator
2026-10-22 — the fleet age still shows in the fleet body content.)

   Contract vars (all autoescaped; pass context values, not markup):
     * app_version    — set once in views._app_context (Writer pattern:
                        manifest pip_package -> installed version, "unknown"
                        when undistributable, never raises).

   Set `app_header_rendered=True` in the template context when a host renders
   its own header and includes this one: pages then skip it and keep exactly
   one header.
