NOAA GSL ccpp-physics, physics/smoke_dust: the notice its LICENSE carries
=========================================================================

ArWen's smoke option transcribes part of NOAA GSL's RRFS smoke and dust code
from ccpp-physics (https://github.com/ufs-community/ccpp-physics) at commit
3e6660c6df54e95a0871e990c2294dd397ae3860: the fire preparation, the fire
emission unit conversion and diurnal injection of rrfs_smoke_wrapper.F90 and
module_add_emiss_burn.F90, and the FRP plume-rise wrapper and plume solver of
module_plumerise.F90 and module_smoke_plumerise.F90. The transcriptions are
gpuwm/core/chem_fire.py, gpuwm/core/chem_plumerise.py,
gpuwm/core/chem_plumerise_cache.py and gpuwm/core/kernels/chem_fire.cu and
chem_plumerise.cu, with the fire rule table under gpuwm/data/chem/fire/.
The GOCART option's aerosol-aware Thompson coupling transcribes get_niwfa
from physics/MP/Thompson/mp_thompson.F90 at the same commit:
gpuwm/core/chem_mp_coupling.py and gpuwm/core/kernels/chem_mp_coupling.cu.

The project's LICENSE file at that commit reads, in full (line endings and
trailing spaces normalised, words unchanged):
