Third-party notices

The multiplexer's own code is under the MIT license, in LICENSE. The
binaries a release ships also hold code of the projects below, compiled
in, under the licenses that follow:

  protobuf   mxcontrol, the release's binary, the image's and the wheels';
             and the wheels' extension, multiplexer/_native.so
  RE2        mxcontrol
  pybind11   the wheels' extension
  Asio mxcontrol and the wheels' extension, from its headers

libstdc++ and libgcc, linked into mxcontrol and partly into the wheels'
extension, are under the GPL with the GCC Runtime Library Exception, which
asks nothing of the programs they are compiled into. glibc is in none of
these binaries: they take it from the system, and the image from its base,
distroless, whose packages' copyright files are under /usr/share/doc. The
Debian packages link protobuf and RE2 from their distribution and hold
none of this code.
