# dwm-experiments

Data Warehousing & Mining lab experiments 3-7. Installing the package does **not** run
or drop anything anywhere; you ask for an experiment and it is copied into the folder
you run the command from.

```bash
pip install dwm-experiments
dwm list          # show experiments
dwm 7             # copies exp7_apriori.py + baskets.csv into the current folder
dwm 3 5           # several at once
dwm all           # everything
dwm 7 --no-data   # only the .py file
python -m dwm_experiments 7   # same thing, if `dwm` isn't on PATH
```

| # | Experiment |
|---|------------|
| 3 | Decision Tree (ID3) |
| 4 | Simple Linear Regression |
| 5 | K-Means |
| 6 | Hierarchical clustering |
| 7 | Apriori |

To run the copied scripts you need: `pip install "dwm-experiments[run]"`
(pandas, numpy, matplotlib, scipy, scikit-learn, mlxtend).

From Python: `from dwm_experiments import get; get(7)`.
