NASA Turbulence Modeling Resource (TMR) — 2D Zero Pressure Gradient Flat Plate Validation Case
=================================================================================================

Source pages (site moved from turbmodels.larc.nasa.gov to tmbwg.github.io/turbmodels):
- https://tmbwg.github.io/turbmodels/flatplate_val.html
- (former URL: https://turbmodels.larc.nasa.gov/flatplate_val.html)

Downloaded data files:
- skin_friction.csv    <- https://tmbwg.github.io/turbmodels/FlatPlate_validation/cf_K-S.dat
  Cf vs Re_theta from the Karman-Schoenherr (K-S) correlation, 200 <= Re_theta <= 20000.
- velocity_profiles.csv <- https://tmbwg.github.io/turbmodels/FlatPlate_validation/u+y+.dat
  u+ vs y+ at Re_theta = 10000, from Coles' mean velocity profile law with van Driest damping
  (Bardina et al., NASA TM 110446, April 1997).

Both files are theoretical correlations (not experimental measurements); the TMR page
describes this validation case as "essentially incompressible" and uses these curves as
the reference. Conversion to CSV kept all original data points unchanged.

Note: this imported case overlaps with validation/turbulent/flat-plate-tbl
(Wieghardt experimental data); see the case README for the intended difference.
