Back Wall The Kanban mirror becomes a taller continuous north wall, with TODO in the War Room and the Launch Control north wall dedicated to Done issues.
Launch The northeast corner owns merge and ship work, replacing the stale boardroom/intake interpretation.
Recovery Failed, timeout, and blocked agents move southwest instead of mixing with healthy idle agents.
Furniture Entry uses the selected light-curtain turnstiles, while QA uses the selected compiler reactor lab language.
