# Machine Learning Practicals (`ml1-practicals`)

A complete collection of 9 Machine Learning practicals with **built-in graph visualizations** and **instant one-word download commands** (`ml-1` to `ml-9`).

## ⚡ Instant One-Word Commands

Once installed, just type the practical number you want:

| Command | Action | Output Files in Downloads |
|---|---|---|
| `ml-1` | Downloads **Practical 1** (Simple Linear Regression) | `practical_1.py` + `salary.csv` |
| `ml-2` | Downloads **Practical 2** (Simple Linear Regression) | `practical_2.py` + `rent.csv` |
| `ml-3` | Downloads **Practical 3** (Simple Linear Regression) | `practical_3.py` + `sales.csv` |
| `ml-4` | Downloads **Practical 4** (Multiple Linear Regression) | `practical_4.py` + `house.csv` |
| `ml-5` | Downloads **Practical 5** (Multiple Linear Regression) | `practical_5.py` + `income.csv` |
| `ml-6` | Downloads **Practical 6** (Logistic Regression on Digits) | `practical_6.py` |
| `ml-7` | Downloads **Practical 7** (Support Vector Machine on Iris) | `practical_7.py` |
| `ml-8` | Downloads **Practical 8** (Bagging Ensemble on Wine) | `practical_8.py` |
| `ml-9` | Downloads **Practical 9** (PCA 2D on Wine) | `practical_9.py` |

> Running any command like `ml-1` or `ml-2` immediately puts the clean `.py` file and dataset into your **Downloads** folder and **pops open Windows Explorer** so you can view, edit, and run the code!

### Download All Practicals at Once:
```bash
ml-1 all
# OR
## 📊 Graphs Included in Every Practical
Every practical script includes visualization:
1. **Practical 1 (`salary.csv`)**: Actual vs Predicted scatter points + Continuous red regression line.
2. **Practical 2 (`rent.csv`)**: Actual vs Predicted scatter points + Continuous red regression line.
3. **Practical 3 (`sales.csv`)**: Actual vs Predicted scatter points + Continuous red regression line.
4. **Practical 4 (`house.csv`)**: Actual vs Predicted Price scatter plot with ideal $y=x$ reference diagonal.
5. **Practical 5 (`income.csv`)**: Actual vs Predicted Income scatter plot with ideal $y=x$ reference diagonal.
6. **Practical 6 (Digits)**: 10×10 Colored Confusion Matrix heatmap (`ConfusionMatrixDisplay`).
7. **Practical 7 (Iris)**: 3×3 Colored Confusion Matrix heatmap with Iris class labels.
8. **Practical 8 (Wine)**: 3×3 Colored Confusion Matrix heatmap with Wine class labels.
9. **Practical 9 (PCA)**: 2D Principal Component scatter plot colored by wine class with a legend.
## 🚀 How to Run on Any Computer
1. Open Terminal or Command Prompt:
   ```bash
   pip install ml1-practicals
   ```
2. Download any practical:
   ```bash
   ml-1
   # (Or ml-2, ml-3, ml-4, etc.)
   ```
3. Open the folder and run:
   ```bash
   python practical_1.py
   ```
   The script prints all metrics and opens the interactive graph window!
