Article meta / editorial byline (icvoss/django-brickwork#625): author, date,
reading time, and optional tags in one row. Structural include. Family-
neutral (.bw-article-meta*), so it is legal on docs and marketing surfaces
as well as editorial archetypes. Not a bio strip (_bio.html) and not a
list-item meta caption (_list_item.html).

Required: author_name.
Optional:
  author_href: when set, the author name is a link (profile / author page).
  author_initials / author_src / author_alt: avatar via _avatar.html at
      size="sm". Initials use author_name as aria-label; when author_src is
      set, author_alt defaults to author_name.
  published_on: visible date string. When set, rendered in a <time>.
  published_iso: machine datetime for the <time datetime> attribute
      (e.g. "2026-08-12"). Prefer ISO date or datetime.
  reading_time: visible reading-time string (e.g. "8 min read").
  tags: list of {label, href?} for topic chips after the byline facts.
      href is optional; label is required per item.

No shared appearance axis (keep lean): avatar size is fixed at sm for the
byline scale. Closed options are not registered.

States: none (static facts). Author linked/unlinked and avatar present/
absent are content shapes.
Accessibility: author text names the person (avatar aria-label / alt
  matches author_name); date is a real <time> with datetime; separators are
  aria-hidden so the reading order is "Author Date Reading time". Tags are
  a list of real links or text, never colour alone. Covered by axe.spec.mjs
  against primitives-*.html.
Responsive: inline flex that wraps; no breakpoint-gated layout switch.
