Tentative + Accepted Bars — v2
Bar order: [pale tentative | solid accepted] number — right-aligned.
Solid hugs the number. Pale extends left. Width = sum of both.
Tentative (pending proposals, left)
Accepted (committed, right, hugs number)

v2 changes: Bar order is now [tentative | accepted] → number.
Solid accepted segment hugs the number on the right. Pale tentative extends
leftward. Total bar width = tentative + accepted (proportional to group max).
Tooltip shows breakdown. Number = accepted only.
Signal: Compare "Memory and experience" (one fat pale bar on peak moment,
rest dark) with "Speed and responsiveness" (nothing at all). The pale bars say
"autocode found signal here — go triage." No bar at all = "nothing in this dataset."
Tag sidebar (navigator)
Sidebar same logic: pale bar extends left from the solid bar.
Solid hugs the number. Hover tooltip shows "N tentative + N accepted".
TODO: Tooltip on hover showing breakdown (e.g. "5 tentative + 1 accepted").
Possibly later: a richer tooltip or popover with the fraction.
Reading the bars
0 tentative, 0 accepted

Progression story:
Before autocode → all solid (or empty). Same as today.
After autocode → pale bars appear. "Go triage."
During triage → solid grows rightward, pale shrinks leftward. Satisfying.
After triage → all solid again. Clean.
TODO: Tooltip on bar hover showing "N tentative + N accepted" breakdown.
