The translated twins of this section (or, on the home page, of the book): read
it side by side with the English in the reader, or download the twin PDF, or
the English and twin side by side on landscape sheets. Renders nothing when
there is no twin this reader may have.

`variant` picks the setting: "rail" (the section rail's card), "bar" (the PDF
view's exits) or "home" (under the full-book link).

One wording everywhere: "read side by side" opens the reader with the
translation beside the English; "PDF" and "side-by-side PDF" are downloads.
"side by side" alone used to mean the reader in the rail and bar and the sheets
on the home page. Each download's accessible name carries its language, since
"PDF" alone repeats once per language.

Context: translations — [{language, name, pdf_url, sbs_url, read_url, pages,
covers}], from views._translation_links; sbs_url is "" when the sheets are not
on disk, and read_url is "" where there is no reader (the home page); pages and
covers are the whole book's twin's (home only; covers names its chapters when it
holds only some). In the bar, each entry also has here_url (this view, with that
translation), `twin` is the entry shown beside the English now (or None),
english_only_url goes back to the English alone, and twin_missing is the
language the reader reads in when the book has it but not this section.
