看读不到的公司
岗位放在飞书、BOSS 直聘或没有列表的官网上时，打开读不到的招聘门户。点公司自己的招聘页。助手里用 list_portals。

让助手先查一遍
让助手调 check_employer。它给一张查证清单：在架数、在架天数、域名注册日期、备案号、骗局字样、制裁名单比对、近期公司事件。每项写明来源和时间。

查工商登记
在国家企业信用信息公示系统搜公司全称。看成立日期、经营状态、注册资本、法定代表人。也可以用爱企查或天眼查个人免费入口（境外网络不能用）。把结果告诉助手。

查官网备案
在工信部 ICP 备案查询输入官网域名。主办单位必须是这家公司。

Job-search checklist: what to do at each step

Seven steps. Each step says who does it and where. Free. No sign-up. If this page is slow, use the mirror in mainland China. Last updated 2026-11-03.

Companies screen you with AI. Screen them back. OpenHire lets an AI assistant find jobs for you in employers' own hiring systems. Your résumé stays on your computer.

You do some steps yourself. This page lists all of them. Bookmark it: when an address or a scam changes, this page changes, and the change log at the bottom records it.

Set the target

Write down your target
Write the city, the role, individual contributor or management, years of experience, three to five skills, and what you rule out. Paste it to the assistant.

Search postings

Search live postings
Ask the assistant to call search_jobs. Each result has the company, location, the original posting date from the employer's system, days on the board, and the apply link. For HR and recruiting roles, use the family hr.
Who: OpenHire. For an old posting, it reports the days only. It does not say if the role is still open.
Find companies we cannot read
If the postings are on Feishu, BOSS Zhipin or a site with no list, open Hiring portals we cannot read. Click the company's own careers page. In the assistant, use list_portals.

Add a company that is not in the index
Give the assistant the address of its careers page. read_board reads it live. add_employer adds it to the index on your computer.

Check the company

For this step only, use its own page (in Chinese): 查公司.

Let the assistant check first
Ask the assistant to call check_employer. It gives a checklist: live postings, days on the board, domain registration date, ICP record, scam phrases, sanctions match, recent company events. Each item names its source and time.

Check the company register
Search the full registered name in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System. Read the founding date, status, registered capital and legal representative. You can also use Aiqicha or Tianyancha's free personal service (not from overseas networks). Tell the assistant what you found.
Who: you. OpenHire does not look companies up for you and does not store whom you checked.
Check the ICP filing
Enter the domain of the official site in the MIIT ICP filing lookup. The filing holder must be this company.

Search the full name in China Judgements Online and Credit China.

Hong Kong: Companies Registry e-Services (name search is free). Elsewhere: OpenCorporates.

Three anti-scam checks

① Stop when you see these
If:
1. You must pay first (training fee, deposit, equipment fee)
2. You must interview abroad or hand over your passport first
3. High pay abroad with flights included
4. High pay with no experience required
5. Typist or order-brushing jobs

② Apply only in the employer's own system
Click only links on the employer's own domain or hiring system. Do not open links, QR codes or forms from group chats or private messages.

Mainland China: check the phone number, address or payment account in the National Anti-Fraud Center app (search 国家反诈中心 in your app store). Report to the 12321 reporting centre. Police: 110. Hong Kong: use the Police Scameter. Anti-Scam Helpline: 18222.

Apply yourself
Open the apply link. Apply yourself.
Who: you. OpenHire does not apply for you and does not take your résumé. The assistant compares your résumé with a posting only on your computer.
Record your authorisation
Ask the assistant to call authorize_application. It records only your authorisation and an anonymous fingerprint, once per posting.

Watch

Set a radar
Ask the assistant to call watch_intent for this target. Later, say "check my radar". The assistant calls check_watches and tells you what is new and what has closed.
Who: OpenHire. The radar stays on your computer, under a random fingerprint you make yourself.

Interview and offer

Check the labour rules
Contracts, social insurance, probation, wages: call 12333 or read 12333.gov.cn. Hong Kong: read the Labour Department site.
