Enable 2-Step Verification in your Google Account security settings.

Go to App Passwords.

Select "Mail" and "Other (Custom Name)", then type "Gabay".

Copy the 16-character code and paste it into the Password field above.

Use
smtp.gmail.com and port 587 for standard delivery.
