Test in Thonny

Create test.algo:

# language: fr

Fonction double(x: entier) -> entier:
    Renvoyer x * 2
Fin

Afficher double(21)

Then:

  1. open the file and verify Pseudocode coloring and that Diagnostics is selected automatically;
  2. type an undefined variable and verify the live diagnostic underline, then click its Lxx link in Diagnostics and verify Thonny jumps to the exact source line;
  3. press Ctrl+Space and inspect localized completions;
  4. Ctrl+click double in the call;
  5. use Pseudocode → Formater or Ctrl+Shift+I (Ctrl+Shift+F also works);
  6. verify that diagnostics refresh automatically while editing;
  7. verify that Pseudocode → Exécuter shows F5 / Ctrl+R and that both shortcuts run the file;
  8. switch to a .py or other non-Pseudocode editor and verify the Pseudocode menu plus the four companion tabs are disabled; switch back and verify they reactivate.

Document changes are synchronized automatically with the language server. Diagnostics from an older document version are discarded, so edits must not leave underlines shifted onto another line. Pseudocode → Restart language server remains an emergency/manual recovery action rather than a normal workflow step.
