Generic version metadata: the leaf states which package and version is
serving this page, so a host can read it without knowing writer's slug or
trusting its own header's number (the hub's header showed the HUB's
v0.20.0-alpha for a writer build).

The leaf header — title, OUR version, picker slot. A host that
renders its own header includes this partial and sets
app_header_rendered, so the page never carries two.
