JUNE-MCP END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT

Version 1.0 · applies to june-mcp 0.8.0 and later

This agreement is between Junemind ("Junemind", "we") and you, the
person or organisation installing or using june-mcp (the "Software"). By installing or using the
Software you accept this agreement. If you do not accept it, do not install or use the Software.

1. Licence
We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the
Software, in the form we distribute it, to connect software agents to a Junê endpoint that you are
entitled to use (the Junê desktop app's local engine, a Junê service you operate, or a hosted Junê
workspace).

2. Restrictions
You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:
  (a) copy the Software, except as needed to install and run it and to keep a reasonable backup;
  (b) distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise make the Software available to anyone
      outside your organisation, including as part of another product or service. You may use the
      Software inside your own organisation's internal tools and agents;
  (c) modify, translate or create derivative works of the Software;
  (d) decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software, or attempt to derive its source code
      or design, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits this despite this restriction;
  (e) remove or alter any notice of ownership in the Software.

3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Junemind and its licensors own all rights in it. This agreement
gives you no rights other than those stated in section 1.

4. Other software
The Software depends on open-source packages (including the MCP Python SDK and httpx) that are
installed separately and are governed by their own licences. Nothing here limits your rights under
those licences.

5. Earlier versions
Versions of june-mcp up to and including 0.7.0 were published under the MIT licence. This agreement
does not change the terms of those versions.

6. Data
The Software sends the requests your agents make to the Junê endpoint you configure. It does not send
data anywhere else. How a Junê service handles that data is governed by that service's terms and
privacy policy (https://june.januraine.ai/privacy).

7. Termination
This licence ends automatically if you breach it. When it ends you must stop using the Software and
delete your copies. Sections 2 to 6 and 8 to 10 continue to apply.

8. No warranty
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Junemind is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from the
Software or this agreement. Our total liability for any other claim arising from the Software or
this agreement is limited to USD 100. Nothing in this agreement limits any liability that cannot be
limited under applicable law, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.

10. General
This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have
exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may publish new
versions of this agreement with new versions of the Software.
