docker logs -f cassandra_db= sttaus at end may besucessful then only run next
docker exec -it cassandra_db cqlsh

start dokcer desktop and run 
docker run -d --name rstudio -p 8787:8787 -e PASSWORD=student rocker/rstudio
  

Opens it on http://localhost:8787

Username = rstudio

Password = student
