Ohio Department of Transportation drawings — ODOT's terms

Source: Ohio Department of Transportation (https://www.transportation.ohio.gov/).
Suites: large_format (sample plans) and tiny_plans (standard construction drawings).

ODOT says many of its products are public records "open for non-commercial reuse or duplication",
that reuse for commercial purposes "is generally prohibited", and that educational and non-profit
requests are decided case by case; it asks to be credited.

Datalab, a company, publishes this benchmark and compares its own parser with others' on it. We
include the drawings because they are used to test document parsing, not for their engineering
content, and engineering drawings are largely factual; we believe this is fair use. The drawings
are unmodified apart from scan-like copies of some. If ODOT objects, we will remove them.
