The catalogue itself lives in
autowisp.diagnostics.diagnostic_types, because validating a diagnostic expression needs to know the names without opening any project. This function’s job is only to write the rows.

Overwrite default values from what is defined in the steps.
- autowisp.database.initialize_database.add_master_dependencies(db_session, master_info)[source]
Fill the master_types table.
- autowisp.database.initialize_database.drop_tables_matching(pattern)[source]
Drop tables with names matching a pre-compiled regular expression.
- autowisp.database.initialize_database.engine_set_options = ('qc-exclude-file', 'master-bias', 'master-dark', 'master-flat', 'single-photref-dr-fname', 'master-photref-fname')
the masters it selects and the exclusion list it writes. Never configured, so a project does not store them, but a step run by hand takes them like any other option.
