Translate what a skill says and hears into your language. Your words are saved beside the skill, not inside it, so a skill update cannot lose them.
What a skill listens for takes effect. What it says out loud comes from its .dialog files, which OVOS does not read from here yet, so those lines are saved but not used until that is fixed.
